Product
Trillions is a crypto bank with a mobile app. It supports fiat and crypto accounts, transfers, currency exchange, and investments.
From a mobile product to a full web platform
The MVP is in active development. The public launch of the mobile and web product is planned for Fall 2026.

CONTEXT
Trillions is a crypto bank with a mobile app. It supports fiat and crypto accounts, transfers, currency exchange, and investments.
Designing user flows and the full web platform.
The PM owned the brief and scope; developers built the product using the design system and tokens.
The web platform and design system were built from scratch.
Product architecture, user flows, UX/UI, prototyping, design system, and development support.
Post-launch analytics, backend, and marketing strategy.
PROBLEM
The problem was not simply “moving screens”: the mobile flow was designed for a small screen, linear and step by step. A transfer flow took 3-4 screens. On the web, this would create unnecessary transitions and make the product feel unfinished. An additional challenge was the dual domain: fiat and crypto assets have fundamentally different logic, but need one shared interface.
PRODUCT GOALS AND SUCCESS CRITERIA
Launch the web MVP and validate demand for a web channel among B2C and B2B users.
POST-LAUNCH METRICS
HYPOTHESIS
Users working with large amounts or recurring transfers will prefer the web version because it gives more context and fewer steps. Analytics, reports, and a trading terminal are also easier to use on the web.
Instead of moving mobile steps as-is, I redesigned the action logic for a larger screen. On mobile, a transfer to an external wallet takes 3+ sequential screens: account selection, address, amount, confirmation. On web, everything is combined into one screen: From, Send to, Amount, and the final amount are visible at once.

I designed a single switching pattern between fiat and crypto modes. The Fiat/Crypto tab changes not only the data, but also block logic, charts, and account structure, while navigation and overall layout stay stable.
The design system provided a shared set of components and tokens for the mobile and web teams.
FEATURES
2FA authentication, fiat and crypto account management, transaction history, analytics, basic transfers and currency exchange, reports, support, and profile.

TAKEAWAYS
At the start, I would run more formal research with potential web users, especially the B2B segment.
